Katelyn Lowe, Ph.D., R. Psych.
Katelyn Lowe is a Registered Psychologist who specializes in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders and the mental health issues, such as such as anxiety, depression, ADHD and OCD, which are so often associated with ASD. In addition to her training in Developmental Psychology, she is certified to provide a wide-variety of evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents, including PEERS®, HeartMath®, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
Dr. Lowe is the Clinical Director at the Ability Hub and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Calgary. She is involved in numerous research projects that are translating new knowledge and technologies in developmental neurosciences into autism programming, clinical training and service delivery.
Katelyn’s extensive clinical and research experience gives her a unique perspective into the complexity of planning a life with ASD. This broad knowledge allows her to successfully help families through the difficulties so often associated with education, transition and life planning and to help children and youth move towards independence and meaningful community engagement.

Karen is a motivated, results-oriented professional with exceptional customer service skills. Her 20 years work experience includes positions as Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Manager and other customer service roles. She possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and is extremely organized. Karen is dependable and works well in any team setting. She excels in a challenging environment where she can continuously learn and apply her skills. A wife and a mother of two daughters and four dogs, Karen spends some of her spare time volunteering for various dog rescue organizations. Although she was born back east in Montreal, she has become a Calgarian after being here for over 20 years. Karen likes to take part in her daughters sports such as volleyball, gymnastics, skating and swimming.
